The goal of the Mac Papers QIP is zero defects. To achieve this, we have conducted a self-analysis that mirrors ISO standards. ISO is a universally recognized and accepted standard that provides a framework for businesses to assess where they are and where they want to be. At Mac Papers, ISO is more than a standard or a certification to earn. It reflects a well-managed operation with trained and motivated people who believe that conformance to this standard is the minimum level of acceptable performance required from you, our customer.
