Yes, if you would like to become a customer or you already are a customer but have not received access to our customer features area, go to the EZ Mac Connect home page and click Request Access. Please fill out the information on the page and a representative will contact you.
If you know the Mac Papers item number you are ordering, you can use the Quick Order function found on your Dashboard. After entering the item number, click on the Add to Cart button to add items to your Shopping Cart. Proceed to the Shopping Cart page to complete your order.
Your order will be quickly processed and delivered to you within 1-2 business days. Items in stock will typically ship out the next business day. Orders placed before 5 pm EST (M-F) may ship out the same day. If there is a delay for any reason, your local account manager or your customer service representative in your servicing branch will contact you directly.
You can easily look up inventory if you know the Mac Papers number you are ordering. Use the Inventory Lookup function found on your Dashboard. After entering the item number, click on the Submit button to see the inventory available. You can add items to your Shopping Cart and proceed to the Shopping Cart page to complete your order.
Yes, if you have an item that you order frequently, add it to your Favorites List by simply clicking on the Add to Favorites button. You can find your favorites page under the Tools & Shortcuts section. From there you can add items to your Shopping Cart and proceed to the Shopping Cart page to complete your order.
Yes. You can add as many groups as you need to keep your Favorite Items organized. From the full item listing, you can click on multiple items and choose Add to Favorites action at the bottom of the screen to add to groups for easy ordering.
